If we eye everything and everybody with doubt and disbelief and close all our doors and windows to the world, the world will shut up its doors and windows to us.
We find in the world around us only what we are ourselves within.
To begin a true journey towards the integral spirituality, we must look within, and cleanse all darkness and sorrows and impurities from within.
We must break the barriers of the Ego and see our Inner Being in all.

Thanks Barin,
Mentally I opening up all my windows and let the fresh wind indeed cleans my mind and soul and body. In our culture we have this spring ritual of cleaning the house big time. Perhaps this reminds me of my exercise over here @ zaadz. A big spring clean up.

This is a really good idea.Connected to the image of the happy and trusting child of mine. A child smiles without reason and we say the angels are ticking him.But if the adults smile without reason people (not me, i smile all the time) say devils are tickling him.

Yeah–people ask, what’s going on? Why are you smiling laughing? I’m like, I don’t know-just because. It happens sometimes.
